By accessing this website or booking a tour or real estate consultation with Scheyla's Costa Rica Tours & Real Estate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Tour Bookings

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing, itineraries, and inclusions are described at the time of booking and may be adjusted for safety, weather, or operational reasons. We will always do our best to deliver the experience you booked.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary by tour and provider. Refunds for cancellations made by the guest are at the discretion of Scheyla and the partner operators. Tours cancelled by us due to weather or safety will be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Real Estate Information

Real estate information and referrals are provided for guidance only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. We recommend independent legal counsel and due diligence before any property transaction in Costa Rica.

5. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor and adventure activities (ziplining, boating, hiking, wildlife tours, water activities) involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Guests must follow guide instructions at all times and disclose any relevant health conditions.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or end service for any guest who behaves in an unsafe, disrespectful, or unlawful manner, or who is impaired in a way that affects the safety of the group.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scheyla's Costa Rica Tours & Real Estate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in tours. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, photos, video, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Scheyla's Costa Rica Tours & Real Estate and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
